Location and staff were great.

Super small bathroom

Good room for the price. Good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Most difficult thing was storage of baggage while waiting for the room access time.

The location was amazing. Right in the center of madrid, but also in a safe location. I enjoyed that you needed a key to enter the building after 11pm, it made it feel safer. There was also always staff on site which was helpful. The rooms were pretty clean, little outdated and such but nothing major.

It was a bit confusing to me if we were going to have a private room or not based on the name of the property, once we arrived they confirmed they only have private rooms (which I was hoping for) but I wanted to put this out here for anyone else confused. The room was small, which wasn't a big issue as we planned to spend most of our time out and about, but it rained a lot which left us with more time spent at the hotel in a very small room. The noise on the property was almost unbearable. It wasnt the noise of the streets at all, but you could hear almost every noise from down the hall in your bedroom. Also I thinkn maybe they were doing construction as we had constant banging coming from the walls. Again, if it had been better weather we wouldn't have been in the room as much, but there was pretty much constant noise from when we woke up till late. Staying only a day or two was no issue but if we had stayed longer I would have had an issue. Just depends what kind of vacation/travel you are doing!
