Rooms are extremely small.

Exceptional location, in the center of everything.

The refrigerator was completely useless as, despite being plugged in, had literally zero cooling power. Not good when you bought groceries to store inside. Even worse, the staff repeatedly insisted that the refrigerator is only to store drinks at “room temperature” which is completely illogical.

Very close to the Plaza Mayor. Easily walk to a lot of tourist attractions. Close to Sol train station as well

The bathroom is small. Dont have a full body mirror to check the outfit

The accomodation is centrally located & has a kitchenette with a cooktop. There’s a microwave, but no toaster and not available when we asked for one to be supplied, additionally we had to ask for a bottle opener. there are a few pots & pans and limited cooking tools. As the area is centrally located it’s unlikely a visitor will do much cooking, but a simple toaster should be supplied, as should a small ice tray so that one can make ice. The hostel is very near a small carrefour supermarket that has a good range of products. It is opposite a restaurant that offers breakfast and is much visited by the locals. Our preference was to go to the Starbucks 50 paces up the road for their coffee.

The unit is small and the bathroom tiny and smelt of sewage but that is not unusual in Spain. We didn’t like it that there was no ice tray and had to request a corkscrew. The staff were generally helpful.
