The b and b was really great. Host was really welcoming. Breakfast was really special, all homemade jelly and French toast, yougurt parfait. Eggs and nice bacon. Hot tub was private, nice seating and outside areas. Bed was great. Space was well presented without being cluttered.
Just be aware that the king room had a private toilet and sink, but the shower was shared with one other room. It was right across the hall so not a problem. Not a problem, but would have liked to have known ahead.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Old Anchor B&B and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality and made to feel like family.
The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail and care shown by our host was evident throughout our visit.
The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the area. Exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming environment made this a stay to remember.
We highly recommend the Old Anchor B&B and look forward to returning in the future.

Our hostess was very attentive, friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Not in a highly populated area but close (15 minutes) to some really nice dining options
Some might not like the stairs but we had no issue with them and they actually added charm to the building
