This place was perfect, close to the beach and all the amazing fish restaurants. Close to the Metro station so easy to get into the city centre too. The room was clean and decorated very tastefully. The bathroom was modern and a fantastic hot shower. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to eat and there was always cake, fruit and coffee available all day. The bikes, surf boards and wetsuits you can borrow are a great little extra. The owner and staff are also very friendly and helpful. A great spot

Only thing was the metro runs past the front of the hotel and can be noisy but they don’t run from midnight until after 6 so not bad at night.

From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the team was incredibly warm. It genuinely felt like staying with friends. The whole guest house is stylish, spotless, beautifully kept, and has everything you could possibly need. The jacuzzi was a lovely bonus, and the availability of bikes and surfboards was a great touch. The location in Matosinhos is perfect if you want a relaxed base with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Porto (Approx. 30 minutes by metro). The beach is immaculate and surrounded by fantastic seafood restaurants, giving the area a really chilled vibe. I’ve done quite a bit of travelling over the years and have never felt so at home. The team were wonderful, friendly, thoughtful, and truly welcoming. I would happily have stayed longer and would recommend Ocean Porto Guest House to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and a peaceful escape near Porto.

First day of our Camino, breakfast was perfect. Great showers & towels were best of our whole trip. Cool property and Fatima was super helpful and lovely!
