Posizione ottima. Appartamento bellissimo, luminoso e spazioso.

Piccole cose facili da sistemare: Suggerirei di cambiare un’abat jour della camera da letto perché rotta così come il telecomando della televisione. I cuscini sono un po’ scomodi. Sarebbe gradita anche una bottiglia d’acqua, sarebbe carino nei confronti degli ospiti.

The location is great, the size and decor of the property were also really nice. Modern aesthetic.

Now, beneath the surface, its clear there’s a few issues which is a shame because the property is actually really good. Firstly, the remote to the tv wasnt working. I messaged the host but got no reply which sucked as I didnt get to watch the giant screen once. Also the neighbour really hated any type of sound/noise. I played music on my phone as I had no entertainment and for about 10 mins the neighbour was banging hard, stomping and created a hostile environment. Clearly they didnt like the fact this was a rental property and made their feelings absolutely clear. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If I did have the tv working im sure there would have been a lot worse. Ive seen others review that the neighbours actually knocked on the door and confronted them. This is not fair on us and needs to be reviewed. Also, the spatula was absolutely filthy, thick with old food. I bought eggs and could not use it and I didnt want to clean it up after someone. The dish soap was extremely watered down also so I wouldnt have been able to clean it. Theres a lot of junk in the cupboards, old items just left there. There isnt a proper bin in the kitchen. The bath had a big gap which meant water would accumulate here it was hard to reach with the towels. Also awkward to enter the bath. There’s limescale on the fittings in the bath, felt a bit old and unclean. The kitchen balcony chair is stuffed in the corner, cant really sit on it properly. There was a lot of banging and noise coming from either the gym and neighbours. The lounge sofa was old and I felt the wood beneath it, had to use lots of cushions to feel comfortable. These issues were all noticeable so im not being picky. Just wished they would have been properly addressed so that I could have enjoyed my stay better.

Sehr nettes Gebäude und großzügige Wohnung

Mit geöffnetem Fenster ist es etwas laut verkehrsbedingt, was mich aber nicht vom Schlafen abgehalten hat 😉.

It was a horrible first night in Milan to stay in this apartment. We had been so exhausted but we had to meet some big issues in this apartment. Firstly, we were struggling to find parking lot around the apartment. It took almost an hour to find it. Then when we arrived at the main building, we couldn’t access into it since their entering system had to use the internet link which at that time it was down! Soo terrible that we had to wait againnn, until there was a lady who happened to enter the building too. Then we could enter it with her. After that we were shocked that the elevator was very old fashioned which had doors to close it before it went up! Our nightmare hasn’t ended yet. Since their internet was down, then we couldn’t turn on the aircon nor tv. Until we communicated with the host by video WA then he guided us to make the internet on again. It was reallyy reallyy such a nightmare experience in Milan! As a matter of fact, the apartment itself is nice, spacious and clean. And “another good point” was the host did fast response in all of our answers from the first time we encoutered the issue. At first I want to give 2 point as the review, but I respected his fast response, instead I give 6 then.
