- La situation est bonne: nous avons tout fait à pied
- La rue commerçante tout proche
- Le confort général de l’appartement
- L’appartement est moyennement équipé. Nous étions 6, il n’y avait que 5 serviettes de douche et 5 assiettes plates. Un peu juste.
- La route au pied de l’immeuble est assez bruyante.
- L’avenue est assez moche mais nous sommes très proche d’une rue animée agréable.
- L’immeuble qui semble dédié à la location de tourisme (voir la quantité de boites à clés dans le hall d’entrée).
