2BR Condo 10 min to Old Quebec Pool & Gym

The building itself walking distance to train station, groceries, cafes, and much to see in all directions- walkable if able to. We only took a cab to aquarium and the falls ($22 each way) and took our time walking all over- steep some parts but take time, use stairs or walking sticks. Tons to eat, shop and see within the first two blocks any direction and going uphill you can get to all the old Quebec recommended sites. Building had only one elevator and stairs. Great they had a quiet hour curfew. Meeting common lounge area on main level. People who were homeless yes were under the underpass and on the street but kept to themselves. Walk with a small group if worried. Police around. Terrace had loungers and tables with chairs and small fireplace. Pool was small so if kids were playing not much room for the adults to enjoy fully. Was about 4 feet deep all around. Nice view from rooftop at night to see city. Unit itself was "cityview" but straight was a garage and person camped on top. Looking to the left you could see some aspects of city. Balcony very tiny but could stand to look . Our actual unit was quite equipped with what we needed. If we ran out with what they provided eg toilet paper, we just popped across the street to the Metro grocery store. The building gym was small but had the standard equipment for a decent workout if using it. We chose to get our exercise by walking around all day. In the 5 full days we walked over 85 km. The unit had a stove and micro and fridge which was great as I have allergies and had to store my food and heat things up. Plenty of seating and nice big table to gather or sit at the counter top. No bathtub but stand up shower. Great hot water. Ac in main room. Need to sleep with bedroom door open to feel it or have window open. The double bedroom was nice. Beds firm and comfortable. Host accessible if needed anything and fairly quick to respond. They had some board games and some online game subscription
