Enjoyable stay. Would stay again but potholes need attending to.

Location and outlook were good. Plenty of space. Clean bedding and towels. Warm.

The walls and floors are far to thin u can hear everyone talking and moving about so no great when u want privacy properly also the carpark needs some work doing on it because there are far to many holes in the floor that flooded and u cant see how deep they are

Perfect stay, warm cosy and everything we needed.

Well equipped apartment. Good comfy and clean beds. Nice hot shower. Warm apartment and very cosy. Nice to have use of small garden. We have enjoyed staying here. The neighbourhood is very quiet and only a short walk to beach and shops.

Fabulous property! So much bigger than I was expecting. Perfect location and has everything required. The host left a thoughtful package when we arrived.

The noise from people above was quite a lot but that was no fault of the property/owner - couldn’t be helped!

4.night holiday

The flat was really good ,rooms high ceilings ,light and airy ,well equipped throughout ,lovely views from front and back ! 5 minutes walk to either high street( shops and restaurants ) and lovely quiet promenade and sea ,plenty of parking space even if visitors have 2 cars

Comfortable stay at a good location for a very reasonable price.

Managed to check in 2hrs early, which was very nice after 7hr drive. Finding the place wasn't difficult. Private parking spot is fine, but in bad weather (as we had) having to walk 100ft can make everyone and the shopping a bit moist. Good views from sitting room and the bedroom at the back. Bathroom was good especially the shower with good water pressure and temp control. Kitchen was spacious and clean, so was the whole apartment. Shops & restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. Felt safe walking around.

These are just minor inconveniences than real issues - absence of a simple button to put heating on (managed to do that with the help of the booklet provided) - Walk from the car to the house in inclement weather (rain and 30mph gusts) - Some wind noise through the double glazing... easily fixed if the lock handles are replaced - A plate/dish/spoon drying rack near the sink would have been useful.

It was good value for money but could do with a little more detailing and cleanliness

Nice and compact

Places had not been cleaned by the designated cleaners .We had to clean things ourselves, including the toilet ,the extraction fan in the bathroom never seemed to work . And the driveway would wreck lesser vehicles

relaxing break in good location

Beds were comfy and reclining settee was fabulous, bathroom good size. Fantastic location close to the beach, train station 5 mins away and shops.

Windows had gaps in the rear of the bedroom and kitchen so lost alot of heat through them and when windy would shake the door in rear bedroom. Also radiator in rear bedroom when on was banging so needs attention.

Hidden gem

What a superb and elegant place to stay. We loved the decor. The quality of the furnishings and interior design was fabulous. Perfect for visiting the beach or town. Really comfy beds and beautiful views. We would definitely book again.

Lovely little apartment, just needed a few extra bits to be perfect!

Nice decor in flat, lovely views from windows at the back, good communication from owners. Smart TV with all the apps. Nice little table and chairs in the window nook in living room. Very spacious, with a big living room and two nice bedrooms. Very close walk down to beach and sea front! Easy walk to town centre and restaurants, pubs, cafe's etc.

Would be better if two steps in hallway down to bathroom were lit up, so light doesn't need to be left on all night. (as my daughter fell down during night). Could do with bin in bathroom for Sanitary products, etc. possibly in bedrooms also. Possibly additional shelves in bathroom for toothbrushes etc. Dish drainer for kitchen for after washing up and more cutlery would be good. We bought a tea pot and left it for future use. The road down to flat has lots of potholes. A little dusty in places. Noisy neighbours upstairs kept us awake.

Excellent Value For Money Outstanding Accommodation With Brilliant Wi-Fi :-)

The view, past the residential close, to the sea was nice :-) Parking was more than adequate. Interaction with the host was pleasant. The accommodation was suitable and Wi-Fi was excellent :-) The local fish'n'chip shop provided our evening meals and local convenience stores everything else.

A welcome amout of milk would've been nice but I appreciate its voluntary not obligatory. We ended up with the double bed against the wall and the pillows were way too soft. I'd start the evening in the bed but finish my sleeping in the reclining chair in the front room. This needs to be addressed.

The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The WiFi was excellent and the addition of a washing machine and Netflix, Amazon prime was a brilliant bonus with two small boys as was the provision of a travel cot and parking. The views were gorgeous and it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and similar to the steam train station and high street. We will definitely stay here again.

The Hallway and stairs of the property (not inside the apartment)really needed a good clean and the carpet at the top of the stairs needs replacing. Reported to the owners who advised that this was in the process of being sorted.

Maybe cleaners need to have a talk to dirt all behind the sofa bathroom still got hairs in from previous guests front door I would also have a key code as open all the time , if the host is paying for cleaners it should be done their pay after all

Great location, great price, perfect.

We loved this property. The location was perfect and had ample parking. The decor was lovely and it was very spacious. It had everything we needed and looked great. The shower was hot and powerful and the central heating warmed the rooms very quickly. The apartment was clean with great facilities. Although we took our own, a cot bed with all the bedding, and extra towels were provided.

The flat was warm, comfortable and generally well equipped. The location between the hills and sea and associated views were fabulous. The agent/owner were great at sorting a problem with a mislaid key.

A little worn around the edges, the bumpy approach road and it wasn’t super clean.
