Top Hill Farm Cottage

The location is amazing. Really quiet, yet 15 mins from a major city. Loved it. Great access to lovely walks.

Bit of a tight lane up to property, but that most likely aided to it being quiet, so not really a big issue.

Lovely boutique modernisation but still retaining a cottage feel, making the most of the fantastic views from the property. Lived the hot tub.

Nothing. Note the WiFi bandwidth was as stated but we adapted.

Host met us at the property as we arrived. Location is really special with lovely views over the valley. Hot tub was fantastic. Pretty much everything we needed was already provided. Quiet, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. A couple of nice walks into the woods and beyond. Oughtibridge was a medium walk away (20mins). Waitrose delivery van arrived in perfect time but the driver mentioned these postcodes can be difficult so perhaps add specific location details for them next time. Not sure if they use what3words?

Personally I like my coffee and there was instant coffee provided, which was thoughtful. I would have preferred a Nespresso machine but I understand that is nit picking, not a complaint.
