Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Lonsdale St & Timothy Lane, only a 2 min walk to Melbourne Central railway station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a stone's throw away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop right at corner of Hardware lane & Lonsdale St which is only a 1 min walk from where we are.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just across the road.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.
This pad accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 7th and 8th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

Great location, clean and roomy, awesome city view

Property is excellent. Location is perfect, so close to city centre and everything we needed. Mel Central, Bourke Street mall all 3 min walk. Rooms are great size, kitchen was definitely utilised. Bring towels- only thing missing.Hosts are amazing. I never had any issues getting answers, and no question/ query was a bother.We will be back.

- The drain was blocked in the ensuite. Gave feedback to the owner after the stay but got no response.
- The credit card that I used for this stay was used overseas by strangers. This was the only new place where I used the card recently.
