*7 bedrooms: 5 queen beds, 1 twin room, plus additional sleeping options
*6 modern bathrooms
*Two fully equipped kitchens with central islands, stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, and ample storage
*Multiple dining and lounge areas with floor-to-ceiling windows and timber floors
*Private balconies with amazing CBD views
*Two dedicated laundry rooms
Guest access:
*Indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, and media/cinema room
*24-hour concierge and building manager
*Secure electronic entry and intercom
Other things to note:
*All linen, towels, and bathroom essentials provided to get you started.
*24/7 convenience store next door; full supermarket only 5-minute walk away

Although I don`t live on the premises, I am available most hours 24/7.

Failure to return any key or fob upon checking out will result in additional fees of $100 per key and per fob.
Call out fees will apply for lock outs
Use of the additional linen in the apartment for the sofa bed will incur a fee of $30.
