Readyset Apartments at Manhattan

Great location, close to Southern Cross Station. Variety of amazing food close by, as well as Supermarkets. Great for a longer stay in Melbourne.

Couldn’t find extra garbage bags, but purchased some from the local supermarket. With 4 adults staying for 5 nights, an extra roll of toilet paper over what they supplied would have been handy. Very minor dislikes, and easily remedied ourselves.

L'appartement est très bien situé et tous les commerces sont tous à proximité. On se sent aussi en sécurité avec des vigiles à l'entrée de l'immeuble.

We had pre-requested two sets of keys but only received one. We had to return to collect the second set of keys. Wasn't the best place we have stayed in Melbourne. Not sure if we'll return to this property. Yes it was very central for us, however, the key situation was frustrating. Having to supply ID of all guests was a pain. It was meant to be a non smoking property, however, there was a stubby on the balcony full of butts. I asked about the pool and we were of the impression that we could take our bathers to access, but when we arrive our key did not access the pool level. The two single beds had dirty sheets (e.g. hair on pillow cases and in the bed). We would not say the property was super clean. Lounge too squashy - needs a smaller coffee table and smaller sofa couch. We used the sofa couch but it was painful to set-up given the limited space. A lady in our group left her denim jacket hanging in her bedroom wardrobe by mistake and although we were pretty quick to notify, there was no jacket found - so disappointing and unethical of whomever took the jacket.
