Our guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
This stunning light filled apartment comprises of sleek features with an open plan layout with a modern kitchen complimented by stainless steel benches leading out to a generously sized courtyard perfect for summer outdoor entertaining.

• Check-in is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect for relaxing and enjoying, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that night's stay. Please respect these rules.

This apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of the CBD and access to trams. Having secure undercover parking is a bonus. It is fully equipped and very spacious. Katie at BellaStayz was an absolute delight to deal with and incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Our family made unforgettable memories here. Katie was very kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Katie was amazing to deal with during our stay. Check-In process was simple and instructions for everything were easy to follow. House was really homely and lovely to stay in. Would definitely come back!!
