About this villa rental
Villa Kailua is a charming traditional residence with a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday near the beach and all amenities. Located in a quiet area of Santa Eulália, in Albufeira, this property combines comfort and privacy with proximity to local entertainment.
The bright living room is perfect for moments of socialising, with a comfortable seating area and an integrated dining area. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, also with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a bathtub, providing comfort and practicality to all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the ideal space to prepare family meals in a relaxed and functional environment.
On the exterior, the property has a beautiful garden and a large heated private swimming pool (additional cost), surrounded by a perfect relaxation area for relaxing under the Algarve sun. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for pleasant summer dinners.
Villa Kailua is located on a quiet street, within a short walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and the beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura, providing the perfect combination of tranquillity and convenience.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

We had a brilliant stay at Villa Kailua. The location is perfect because we could walk to Santa Eulália beach and the local shops without needing a car. The private pool is quite large and the kids spent the whole day in it. The traditional style of the house makes it feel very cozy and authentic.

A very welcoming home with a soul. The rooms are comfortable and the pool area is excellent for soaking up the Algarve sun. It’s a very short walk to the supermarket and some great cafes. Everything was functional and the check-in process was very smooth.

The garden and the outdoor dining area were our favorite spots. We had many barbecues by the pool and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the street. The house was very clean and having two bedrooms on each floor gave our group the perfect balance of privacy.

We enjoyed our trip at the villa in Albufeira. The best part was the location as it felt safe, was walking distance from everything we needed and was a quiet and friendly area. The villa was large, and easily accommodated the 6 adults in our group. The pool was also the highlight, it was clean and the perfect temperature. The place could have been a bit cleaner, as we noticed a lot of stains on sheets and floors, and when we arrived there was broken glass, which was supposed to be cleaned up before our arrival, but someone in our group still managed to get cut by it. An unfortunate thing we will note is to make sure to canvas the property before you enjoy your stay, as we noticed a broken lounge chair and should have mentioned something, and then ended up being charged by the host for it, even though it was broken before our return. We also felt rushed out by the cleaners on our way out, even though it was before our check out deadline. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would probably find a different villa to book next time.
