We had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and with all the amenities you could need and more. The home was clean, the kitchen is very large and updated, and the bedrooms are all cozy. Would definitely rent this property again.

We came in for our son's wedding at the Boetcher Mansion very close to this house. This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. Great bedrooms, large kitchen fully supplied with everything you need and the views from the 2 decks were outstanding. The owners were great to deal with and responded immediately to any questions we had. You will love this house

We were two families (4 adults, 4 kids and infant) and had the greatest time over spring break. The house is conveniently located off of I70 so easy access to Denver or the ski resorts in the mountains.
Location: you are on a paved road, then you’re off-roading on a dirt road. Try to get there during daylight so you can find the place easily. You need 4WD if it rains a lot or snows. We were snowed in with the biggest snowstorm of the season but we were all happily warm and enjoying the house for 2.5 days. We risked it with 2WD and snow chains and barely made it out. The snow blower in the garage was a major plus! Stop by grocery store before you go because it’s a good 10-15 min drive away.
House: literally everything you need and more. Well stocked with kitchen appliances(coffee maker, crockpot, blender, mixer, toaster oven, toaster, fridge freezer with ice maker), dishes/cups, pots/pans, utensils, measuring cups and spoons, and pantry was also well stocked! Beds are so comfortable, nice bed and bath linens, even had shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom. Humidifiers in each closet…. It was dry when we were there and that helped a ton. HE washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Huge hot tub.
Games/Activities: arcade, ping pong, pool table, closet full of games and movies, sleds in garage, excellent collection of books for the kids.
The hosts have great taste (quality), were friendly and available.
