Every aspect of this property was as advertised. Location was perfect, number of bedrooms & bathrooms supported our needs perfectly. Ultimately, clean is critical and this property was Immaculate and had all the amenities needed.
The check-in process / policies & procedure Conversation occurred later than I was comfortable with (10:30pm night before actual check-in). If this was a personal use VRBO, it would have been acceptable. In this case it was a group of my valuable customers and the check-in policy was a bit late for my comfort.
MINOR overall concern in comparison to all of the positives of this property.
