The space
This spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms and can easily sleep 12+. The downstairs sectional is huge and a welcomed place for kids to crash for the evening…we provide extra bedding.
Plenty of space for everyone with two living spaces, an upper deck, lower patio, large en-suite with private entrance and private patio.
Fun amenities for all ages including a 6 person hot-tub, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, corn hole, lots of games, children’s books, toys and a swing set in a large backyard.
We are centrally located in Arvada in-between Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden and Boulder and just minutes from Olde Town Arvada.
We are located in a quiet neighborhood with a park right across the road and miles of walking and biking trails out the front door.

We do have an electric fireplace for use year round.

Best VRBO we’ve ever had. Lisa made sure the house has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. Coffee beans were already in the espresso machine, beds were so comfortable, the towels were soft, even the blankets were high quality. The hot tub, pool table, outdoor games were in great condition. The kitchen was fully prepared so I could cook (every spice, utensil, and great quality pans were available). We were 30 minutes from the Eldorado Canyon State Park and Lisa helped me get our timed entry reservations. Any time I needed to communicate with her, she responded so quickly. Everyone in my family enjoyed this home. We could cross the street to get to a beautiful park. We were 5 minutes to a grocery store. We’re already trying to plan another trip so we can stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our party of 12, and lots of fun entertainment options (hot tub, pool table, ping pong, fire pit). The house was clean and well appointed. We were impressed with all the little things that were included (spice and condiments in the kitchen, personal fans in each room, air freshener, make up remover, qtips in the bathroom).
Check in/check out procedures and house rules were communicated clearly. We got a quick response if we had any questions. The location was great for us to go on various day trips in the area (Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado Springs, Idaho Springs).
Anytime we cooked at home, we had everything you could possibly need. Everyone enjoyed using the fancy coffee machine. It was a nice treat to have a big family size table to enjoy meals together. The neighborhood was quiet and located right next to a park. Sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. It was nice there were plenty of throw blankets.
Don’t stay in a hotel…rent this house instead. It’s even nicer in person!

The home is beautiful and very clean. It was a perfect stay for my family and friends and had plenty of space for everyone. The property definitely felt homey and we settled pretty quick.
