This 2,500 sq ft Arvada home sleeps groups and multi-family gatherings with two primary suites, dual living rooms with fireplaces, and a private hot tub. The game room delivers billiards, ping pong, foosball, cornhole, and karaoke, while three outdoor patios, fire pit, grill, and Blackstone anchor the backyard. Located 12–17 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Mile High Stadium, and downtown Denver, perfect for concert-goers, sports fans, and families seeking space and entertainment.

This 2,500 sq. ft. ranch-style home with a finished basement is perfect for families, multi-families, groups, or bachelor / bachelorette getaways. Located just 12 miles north of Empower Field at Mile High Stadium and 17 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Two living areas, each with a fireplace (upstairs electric, downstairs woodburning)

The “wood burning” fireplace is only available for use on non-burn ban days. We provide a link in the house manual or a QR Code by the fireplace for guests to check daily on the burn status. Any state ban that is not complied with will result in a $500 penalty. We do have an electric fireplace for use year round.
While we love hosting large groups, please note this is NOT a party house. Guests must observe quiet hours (10pm-7am) and be respectful of our neighbors.
No large group events allowed at the home per city ordinance/short term rental regulations.
Yard maintenance is on site every Monday,
April-September.
Our rental license allows up to 14 people to stay at the property.

Best VRBO we’ve ever had. Lisa made sure the house has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. Coffee beans were already in the espresso machine, beds were so comfortable, the towels were soft, even the blankets were high quality. The hot tub, pool table, outdoor games were in great condition. The kitchen was fully prepared so I could cook (every spice, utensil, and great quality pans were available). We were 30 minutes from the Eldorado Canyon State Park and Lisa helped me get our timed entry reservations. Any time I needed to communicate with her, she responded so quickly. Everyone in my family enjoyed this home. We could cross the street to get to a beautiful park. We were 5 minutes to a grocery store. We’re already trying to plan another trip so we can stay here again.
