We had 20 people stayed three nights and it was great. Tons of little touches like Q-Tips in the bathrooms, lots of dishes, glasses, mugs. Didn't need anything in the kitchen. Beds are super comfortable. Cornhole tournament in the lovely back yard.

This place was very convenient for all activities in Denver. It has two living areas and tons of space for everyone to spread out. Owner communicated throughout stay and was great!
