Dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, 2 ovens, microwave, stainless steel appliances, freezer, refrigerator, toaster. Cooking and eating utensils, spices, pans, cutting board, plates, cups, wine glasses - we have it all!

Features a foosball, air hockey, and pool table for all to enjoy. we also have a myriad of board games for the perfect game night!

This attached suite gives you access from within the main house as well as having a private entrance. It features a spacious living room with recliner sofas and a smart TV.
Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful master bedroom featuring a King sized memory foam mattress w/ an en suite bathroom.

The suite also features an office area with two (24 and 27 inch) monitors. USB-C hdmi cable adapters provided as well as iPhone/Android chargers.

Grill, grill equipment, outdoor seating. There is also a basketball hoop in the driveway. Firepit out front with plenty of yard space.

We rented the house with multiple families to do some weekend skiing at Gunstock. The game room downstairs was perfect for the kids and even adults to have some fun with air hockey, foosball and pool. The house has a great living area connected to the kitchen and sunroom. Kitchen is fully stocked and everything is labeled.
The inlaw apartment is an extra bonus to help provide enough room for families to settle in at night. Only a few minutes to Gunstock and local restaurants. Would highly recommend this home for a weekend or week away with large or multiple families.

Fantastic home that is nicely spaced out and allows for privacy as well as comfortable gathering spaces to cook, eat, play and relax by the fire. Our group included 2 families, with 3 kids, 4 adults and a dog, and we all really enjoyed our time at the house. The area is absolutely gorgeous, only 5 minutes from Gunstock Ski Mountain, and short drives to other great towns and sites.
Andy was a great host - extremely accessible and quick to respond to questions. The home is also well stocked with the basics - from Kitchen to bathrooms we had everything we needed, particularly for cooking.
The neighborhood is quiet, and overall we loved our trip and truly felt relaxed and really happy.

Plenty of amenities and space, close proximity to skiing, restaurants and shops. Would stay again.
