About this house rental
Everything needed for an ideal vacation at your doorstep. Lakeside hammock, covered deck, outside deck, corn hole (bean bag board game), seesaw, 2 mile walk/jog/run path, 33ft dock (whips and swim ladder), year round 4-person hot tub with TV, swim raft (10ft deep), two 10ft kayaks, 14ft canoe, dinghy/rowboat, Solo Stove (exterior fire pit), wood burning fireplace, firewood, basketball hoop, and great stargazing. Row or drive 1 mile to breakfast at Ames Farm Inn during the summer.
Nine minutes to Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion [concert venue fka Meadowbrook], eleven minutes to Gunstock Recreation Area [winter snow skiing, summer zipline/ropes course/hiking], and sixteen minutes to Weirs Beach [classic Drive In, arcades, boardwalk, beach, etc].
Three bedrooms with a queen bed in each one, den/playroom with bunk bed [two twins] and a single twin bed. Four heat pump/AC units, large 6-burner propane grill, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, Mr. Coffee maker, K-Cup machine, clothes washer & dryer.
Note: there are standard beds for nine, but the property can sleep up to twelve - three “full sized” Millard Premium folding beds with memory foam mattresses are available [standard cots are only 26” wide … these are 38” wide]
Linens and bath towels provided. Last house on a “dead end” street – plenty of parking for vehicles and/or trailers.

We love this home on Alton Bay. The host was very helpful and easy to work and communicate with. A 13 minute drive to Gunstock ski mountain.
