About this house rental
Everything needed for an ideal vacation at your doorstep. Lakeside hammock, covered deck, outside deck, corn hole (bean bag board game), seesaw, 2 mile walk/jog/run path, 33ft dock (whips and swim ladder), year round 4-person hot tub with TV, swim raft (10ft deep), two 10ft kayaks, 14ft canoe, dinghy/rowboat, Solo Stove (exterior fire pit), wood burning fireplace, firewood, basketball hoop, and great stargazing. Row or drive 1 mile to breakfast at Ames Farm Inn during the summer.
Nine minutes to Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion [concert venue fka Meadowbrook], eleven minutes to Gunstock Recreation Area [winter snow skiing, summer zipline/ropes course/hiking], and sixteen minutes to Weirs Beach [classic Drive In, arcades, boardwalk, beach, etc].
Three bedrooms with a queen bed in each one, den/playroom with bunk bed [two twins] and a single twin bed. Four heat pump/AC units, large 6-burner propane grill, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, Mr. Coffee maker, K-Cup machine, clothes washer & dryer.
Note: there are standard beds for nine, but the property can sleep up to twelve - three “full sized” Millard Premium folding beds with memory foam mattresses are available [standard cots are only 26” wide … these are 38” wide]
Linens and bath towels provided. Last house on a “dead end” street – plenty of parking for vehicles and/or trailers.

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The space was perfect for our group of eight, offering plenty of room for everyone and ample parking. While the decor is rustic, the home was very clean, and it was clear the host has thought of every detail. We especially appreciated the comprehensive instruction binder, which explained how to use everything and even helped us locate items like the corkscrew effortlessly. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and hassle-free. To make an already great stay even better, we have a few small suggestions: adding mattress pads to the bunk beds would enhance comfort, as they were quite firm. Additionally, replacing a few of the thinner pillows or encouraging guests to bring their own could improve sleep quality. Finally, introducing some colorful accents—such as brighter blankets, towels, or decor—could liven up the space, as the current palette is heavily brown.Overall, we highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!

We had a fantastic time, the home was beautiful, cozy, and homey, we had everything we needed, and the host was proactively communicating everything! We hope to come back again to see what its like in the summer!
