We had a great time at this property. Its proximity to so many great things in Gilford and the lake made it the perfect place to stay. The owners were great and we are already looking forward to planning our next trip to this property.

We stayed for 5 days as a family of 8. Plenty of room and beds. Kitchen large but had ants. Upon arrival without garage lights at night, it was difficult. Inside there were piles of dead ants on the LR floor. Host installed wall lights and sent cleaners for floors dead ants and sent ant traps for kitchen. Upstairs bathroom leaked through the ceiling to the LR Floor.Host mentioned I was nitpicking. Hmmm. 3 grills mentioned in description. Only one worked. All very dirty. This property will work but needs more attention to detail. Upgrade cleaners and fix issues, and it might work.
