About this house rental
The best location on the lake! By boat, you are less than 30 minutes to each town dock—a 5-minute boat ride or 3 miles by car to weirs beach. The house has plenty of space for the entire family and some friends. With 68 feet of sandy beach, breath taken views, and a dock for your boat, the property will not disappoint. You are 12 minutes to Gunstock for skiing in the winter, or you can ride snowmobiles to Canada. The house has 3 bedrooms and a loft. House can accommodate 21 people in Beds. Kids are welcome—the house very close to the water, and limited steps to get to the water and beach. Enjoy sitting on the covered patio, just steps from the water. It also has a side yard great for lawn games and just hanging out.
Taken reservations for Fall/Winter/Spring. Must book at least two nights. I will allow Early check-in on Friday and Late check out on Sunday to get 3 full days.
Summer reservations are booked from Friday to Friday. We only book 2 summer weeks, so please act fast. We also allow weekday rental. Monday-Thursday (Friday) half the price.

What a great location right on the Lake yet close to anything you need in Gilford. Six kids loved the beach and dock so much, we decided to skip Santa’s Village a day and take the M/V Mount Washington from Weirs Beach to Wolfeboro instead. Plenty of space, bedding, etc. for 3 generations to stay there. Host was amazingly quick with responses to questions!

This is the fourth time we stayed at this home and we had a wonderful week. Things were clean and the property well kept. Also the owner was receptive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The vacation was perfect and the lake front beach was enjoyed by all!

This was our third time staying at this property and it was wonderful as always. There were plenty of beds for people to sleep comfortably. The beach was beautiful. The first floor having a bedroom , bathroom, and kitchen was great for our family member with mobility issues. The neighbors were also super nice. We will definitely be booking again.

The lake was crystal clear and private beach was right out the back door. Great for kids and adults.
Lodging was spacious and views of lake beautiful. Close to lots of great places to eat
The property is well maintained. We had a great 4 days.
