Even we had bathtub handle problem, the property owner was very helpful and polite. He answered questions even at night and holiday. Living room was huge space for kids play. Location was quiet which made our vacation enjoyable.

House was exactly what we needed for a large group. Open concept worked out well and plenty of sleeping options. There was some construction going on in the detached garage with some supplies and dumpster in driveway, but otherwise as advertised. Owner was responsive and would book again.

We stayed at the house during the long weekend in October. We had the most amazing time thereSpacious home with incredible convenience. We loved our time here! The house is beautifully maintained and very spacious. It's located in a great area that makes it easy to get around. Beautiful hicks, lakes, surroundingsOur host was outstanding, who was always proactive with communication, making our check-in and entire stay effortless. Large group of women(15)for our annual girls weekend. This house is very nice overall it fit our needs as far as space, beds and the kitchen. However there are many things that are in need of maintenance. Also the owner or management company did not inform us of the major construction going on in the back yard during our stay. Had I not talked to the owner to request an earlier check in i would not have known at all. It was much more of a project than he insinuated. It did keep us from the use of the back yard due to all the construction and materials around. I will send a list to the owner regarding the broken and not working issues as I feel they should be given a chance to addess those and repair them. The cleaning crew (one young man) was there when we arrived at around 2:30 but stayed continuing to clean until 5:30. We were scheduled for check in after 3pm. As i said we enjoyed the bones of the house the kitchen is the best after we figured out how to work the stove top. All the dining spaces and tables allowed us to spread out and do multiple things at any given time. The living room is comfy but could use a couple side tables or a coffee table. If some of the maintenance issues could be remedied would definetly rent again.
