Casavico, originally an ancient barn that was part of a nearby farmhouse where the owners still reside, has been transformed into a charming semi-detached house. With a private pool available from April to October, it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Tuscany.
Inside, the house boasts cozy and comfortable rooms, furnished in a rustic style and equipped with modern amenities such as SAT TV, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and air conditioning.
On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting dining area accessible through two arches—one leading to the living area, which opens onto the terrace and garden, and the other leading to the kitchen. This level also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, large sink, and ironing facilities.
The first floor comprises a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and a small bathroom with a bathtub, with ceiling heights varying from 120 cm to 175 cm.
The house is completely fenced and equipped with an automatic gate, offering a lovely garden with a furnished terrace for relaxing and dining outdoors, an 8-shaped swimming pool, and a parking area.
Additionally, the property features an electric vehicle home charging point, available for guests to use upon request at an additional cost of €0.80 per kWh. The charger includes a meter that accurately calculates consumption. It is important to note that, as a domestic charger, the charging times are slower than professional chargers, but it is perfect for a full overnight recharge.
The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany's renowned historical and artistic sites, alongside charming villages in the Chianti region, and is conveniently accessible from the "Siena - Florence" highway, just 4 km away.

The hosts are verry friendly, good swimming pool, airconditioning in all of the rooms are optional, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It's outside the centre and you need the car for groceries and to go eat out.

This is a lovely property with a great pool which is warm and of a good size. It has everything you need to have a relaxing break. You will need a car as it’s not really walkable to town which is about a 7 minute drive away. some of that journey is on an unmade road which is very dusty.
The town itself is lovely with the Old Town being well worth the visit.
Overall a great venue for a really relaxing trip only an bourse from Florence and 1.5 hours from Piza.

This house is comfortable. If you are into discovering Tuscany, and have a car, this is a great home base to return to every evening. The hosts are courteous and engaged without being intrusive.

Casavico is a beautiful property which is maintained and looked after by the owners to an incredibly high standard. We had a fantastic holiday here and could not fault anything, the pictures on the web site do not do the property justice. The local area is lovely, we recommend the restaurant in the old town at the top of the gate tower we ate their 4 times. This property is located in a perfect spot to explore the local area, Pisa, Florence, Montalcino, Siena , Chianti region and many more places. All beautiful I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be coming back.
