overall good place for the rate. place could use updated bathrooms and the 2nd bathroom shower is extremely small - literally immediately in front of the toilet. Old and stained towels were unfortunate, and no beach towels (that may change now that we donated the ones we purchased). They provided beach chairs, cooler, and handheld umbrella which was helpful - however the chairs were rusted broken but functional. Extraordinarily extensive instructions and rules including a 9 page signature-required contract, made the checkin a bit awkward, but once in it was fine. They claimed to contract another company that was supposed to send free tickets to local events but that never happened, even after we requested them again and were told to contact the contractor, which we did. The location was central to most everything we wanted and directly across from the beach. Great pool too.

Didn’t spend much time in the condo but it was a great place to rest our heads after attending the Daytona 500. Convenient and perfect. Bonus points to being so close to dollar general to restock the cooler.
