This recently redecorated10th floor, 2b/2b (1K, 1Q, 1S pullout sofa) condo unit is on the sunny south side of Towers Grande, a private, secure luxury condo building right on the beach. Views of the Ocean and inter coastal waterway. There are 2 outdoor pools, 2 spas, exercise room, common room with pool table and garage parking. It is centrally located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Daytona has many family friendly attractions (water parks and the manatees) in addition to the Daytona 500 International speedway. Daytona is about 1-1.5 hrs to Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, Disney theme parks, Orlando and Jacksonville. WiFi, cable. No pets. 2 week minimum rentals; 1 month minimum during winter months.

Condo location is great, communication with owner was excellent, some items are a little tired. People in building are very friendly. Parking was very convenient. We had a great time here.

Loved the view, plenty of room to get around, lots of things to do in the area. Other people who live in the condos were very nice and included us in their activities.
