When you are ready to relax and rejuvenate after an exciting adventure at the beach, there are 3 bedrooms to meet your needs. The primary suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom holds a gorgeous walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, 6’ garden tub, separate toilet closet with grab rails, and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a flat-screen TV and two queen beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is situated between both guest bedrooms and holds a tub/shower combo.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. Great property! Very clean rooms and all the accommodations needed for a week vacation at the beach! Pool could’ve been cleaner but the condo itself was perfect!

The property and the location were great. Plenty of room for us to stretch out. It was easy to get chairs at the community pool and to stake a nice place on the beach. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys available to use. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had the condo been cleaned from the prior guest, it would have been a perfect stay. We had to clean the bathrooms and make the beds when we got there. There was still poop in the toilet from the prior guests and beds didn’t have linen on them. Dirty towels hanging in bathroom and enough sand in the room to make a sand castle. A $150 credit was given for their mistake of not cleaning it prior to my families arrival. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect.
