Step inside Oasis #7 and you’ll instantly feel at ease. The bright and cozy living room is designed for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. Curl up on the plush seating, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable, or connect to the complimentary Wi-Fi to plan your next day’s fun.
A sliding glass door leads to your own small private patio, where you can sip morning coffee in the fresh ocean air or enjoy a relaxing evening breeze.

Two Comfortable Bedrooms
Oasis #7 offers two separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for convenience and privacy:
Primary Bedroom – King-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom – Full-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Both bedrooms provide a restful retreat, so you can recharge for another day of exploring Daytona Beach.
Community Amenities
During your stay, you’ll have access to the community’s shared unheated swimming pool, typically open May through October (and sometimes longer, weather permitting). It’s the perfect spot for a quick dip after a morning on the beach or an afternoon of sightseeing.
For added convenience, there’s also a coin-operated laundry facility within the community—ideal for refreshing your beach towels and swimwear during your stay.
Parking Details
Each unit in the complex has one designated parking spot located just outside the gate, near the condo. If you’re bringing a second vehicle, you may park in one of the marked guest spaces. Please note there is a two-vehicle limit per unit.
