La ubicación cerca de la alameda es perfecta
Las escaleras para subir hasta arriba son bastante duras y la cama es demasiado blanda

A localização é boa e o atendimento é muito atencioso, recomendam vários lugares pra comer e passear
A limpeza ficou a desejar, as toalhas estavam sujas, porém tem máquina de lavar então lavamos. O banheiro tem cheiro muito forte de esgoto então tem que ficar sempre fechado e aparentemente fizeram alguma pintura recente pois ainda tinha muito cheiro e a cama estava cheia de pedacinhos da parede descascados. Os lençóis não cheiravam muito bem e a água quente acaba rápido, tem que tomar banho correndo (se lavar o cabelo o próximo tem q esperar pelo menos 30 minutos até ter água quente de novo).

Tolle Lage und schöner Blick von der Terrasse. Es war tatsächlich sehr ruhig, alles extrem gut zu erreichen. Küche gut ausgestattet
Dusche lief nicht gut ab. Der Vermieter hat aber sehr freundlich auf die Info reagiert. Die Matratze könnte mal erneuert werden.

Las escaleras muy incómodas difícil de subir. El mobiliario de la cocina muy deteriorado. Este apartamento necesita más mantenimiento.
