Absolutely unforgettable

Our stay was truly incredible. The chalet is a beautiful and cozy place that completely took our breath away and gave us memories we will cherish forever. We spent two absolutely unforgettable days there-without a doubt some of the most beautiful moments we have shared together. As a truly magical gift, we were also fortunate enough to witness the Northern Lights, an experience we will never forget. We are certain this will not be our last visit. We would love to return in the future. This was our second time in Finland, and we have completely fallen in love with the country. Chalet Luokta now holds a very special place in our hearts. Really amazing place with awful service

We had a nightmare experience. The place is a wonderful chalet by the shore of Inari lake in the middle of the forest. However the toilet was clogged since our arrived and you can not use toilet or shower. The owner who answered only by messages said it was his fault, that the tank was full and he didn’t check it. Someone would have maybe come to solve the situation the day after since he was not there. He said something about refund and the day after the situation was ok, they solve it for the last night we stayed there. After that the host disappeared and nobody said nothing more about the fact that we spent a day and a half without a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped but neglected as you can see from the pics of the sofa for the price we paid. Cleaning is approximately. For the price we paid we expected very different treatment.

The view to lake Inari is magnificent. Beautiful nature trail leading to it. The sauna is lovely, too.

Aurora lights at literally your door step

There was some mishap but our host manage it smoothly. We were lucky to see aurora lights just outside the cabin for two nights we stayed. Showshoes are placed on the veranda for our use. It was peaceful, quite and calm with perfect view of the sky in an intimate environment.

As auroras bureais moram aqui

O isolamento e a climatizacao estavao espectaculares. A sauna é maravilhosa e aquece tambem a casa. A cozinha tinha tudo o necessario para cozinhar. Havia um barco na casa e podemos utilizar para passear no lago. A localizacao é perfeita para observacao de auroras bureais e para fazer Sauna e Avanto no lago em frente a casa.

A limpeza estava razoavel. Chao ok. Mas superficies, louças, wc com muitas marcas de utilizacao. Sugestao: Na ausencia de deck para ir de casa ate ao lago. Poderia cortar algum mato para abrir o caminho mais directo. Poderia tambem imtroduzir uma area para realizacao de fogueira em frente a casa.

Kylppärin lattialla oli jonkun verran karvoja ja muuta likaa. Myös osassa pyyhkeistä oli karvoja. Keittiössä olisi voinut olla mm. kahvinkeitin ja muutenkin hieman enemmän ja parempikuntoisia ruoanlaittovälineitä. Saunasta uimaan meno hieman hankalaa varsinkin pimeällä, kun ei ole laituria ja rannassa on heinää ym.

Casetta molto bella, ben tenuta, pratica, isolata quanto basta per stare in pieno relax ma di facile accesso. Cucina ben attrezzata, ottima sauna e barchetta a disposizione da utilizzare nel lago che è a pochissimi passi.

Emplacement exceptionnel mais l'intérieur du chalet est très décevant.

L'emplacement, la vue et le sauna

Saleté du logement, équipement de la cuisine (pas de toaster et de machine à café), meubles usagés, souvent cassés et bas de gamme. Le pire de tout est la literie. Cela n'a pas été possible de dormir dans le lit double à deux tellement le lit est creux.

Super Lage in wunderschöner Umgebung.

Bett, Matratze und Couch müssten ersetzt werden. Die Rückenlehne der Couch brach bei der kleinsten Belastung ab. Die Schlaffunktion der Couch ist nicht für zwei Personen geeignet (instabil, unebene Liegefläche). Die Steckverbindungen des Bettes waren teils ausgebrochen und die Matratze total durchgelegen. Für mehr als zwei Personen ist das Haus nicht geeignet (zu klein, kein Stauraum). Es war grenzwertig sauber. Im Haus und auch im Bett gab es Ameisen (zur Info, ist halt in der Natur).

Einfach nur traumhaft!!!

Unglaublich schöne Lage, man ist komplett für sich alleine, das Haus liegt direkt am See - das Design und die Einrichtung sind sehr stylisch. Die Sauna in Kombination mit dem See fantastisch. Es gibt keinen besseren Platz um Inari zu erleben und genießen!

Das Heizen der Sauna mit Holz hat sehr lange gedauert und über 60 Grad waren nicht zu erreichen. Das war aber das Einzige was zu verbessern wäre.
