The staff were very helpful and the location overlooking the frozen lake was great. The out door half hut with fire pit was fabulous.
We initially stayed in the cabins which were very tired and had small beds. The cabin with the glass roof was amazing and we loved it.

Bed was comfortable. View from room was great. Breakfast was good.
Check-in process wasn't as smooth as expected. I was made to wait while the receptionist made a few phone calls. That in itself was not a problem, but I was let down by the fact that the property/reception wasn't prepared enough to process my check in. We specifically booked 3 aurora huts, with one for 2 adults and 2 kids. But none of the huts have the sofa bed prepared. There was also no phone in the hut, so we had to go back to the reception to inform them.
Room cleanliness can be improved. Mugs were also not spotless clean. The entrance door was also not properly insulated - cold air came from under the door. Had to turn on heater all night long to counter this.
There was also no sauna in the hut. There is external sauna hut, but this is bookable for a fee. For the price we paid, one would have thought it should be included.

Nice location on the Inari lake, comfortable and clean huts.
We had a disappointing experience with the Aurora Hut. We booked the most expensive type of accommodation at the hotel for three nights — in fact, the most expensive stay we have ever booked — in order to fulfill a lifelong dream of seeing the Northern Lights.
Unfortunately, we were assigned an Aurora Hut located on the second line from the lake. The view of the sky was significantly affected by nearby street lighting, making it impossible to see the Northern Lights from the hut. In addition, there was no lake view, as it was obstructed by other Aurora Huts occupied by more fortunate guests. This was the only Aurora Hut in such a position; the others were well located.
As a result, we had to leave the hut and go outside to look for the Northern Lights, which completely defeated the purpose of booking this type of accommodation. We could have booked the cheapest room with the same outcome.
For the same price, guests should receive accommodations of the same standard and location, which unfortunately was not the case here.
To make matters worse, the breakfast offered at the hotel was very poor.

Aurora hut was beautiful. Front row right on the frozen lake. Saw the northern lights on 2 nights from the room. Its walking distance to the supermarkets and township. Staff were very helpful.
The sensor light inside the room.

Very good, nice spacious and comfy place. The staff was great. We didn't have breakfast there. Very reccomendable. Easy parking. WiFi worked properly.
The beds were ca 70cm wide (I don't think 80cm) what felt very narrow to turn on them, but were otherwise confortable sommiers.

Perfect location to enjoy Northern Lights!
Also Sauna is good!
Well… in the winter time if you are looking for Northern Lights and the weather is cloudy…you might be disappointed…

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We took the Aurora room. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, making for a great start to the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice touch — tea and coffee provided, perfect for a relaxing break, with a very nice view.
However, there was one small issue: the entry door has windows with no curtains or blinds. This allows all the outside light to come in, which can be a bit disruptive, especially if you want to enjoy the beauty of the stars or the Northern Lights without being disturbed by outside light. This detail could easily be addressed to make the experience even better. To take your breakfast, you need a car because its 15mn by walk, and it could be difficult walking in a thick snow and -25°C.

The location is perfect for viewing the Northern Lights. The swing by the lake is a great spot to click pictures.
The room was kept ready for us, which was appreciated.
Breakfast location is a walk away. While it's not a dealbreaker, it would have been nice to have a small restaurant at the location.

Holidy Village Inari is by the lake with good views. It offers so much convenience. I really enjoyed my stay of 3 nights at a studio at this property with a private sauna room.

The staff are very kind, friendly and supportive.
The area was quiet and peaceful.
It’s very convenient because we can access to some supermarkets and restaurants within 10 minutes on foot.
Also, we can easily go to Lake Inari and enjoy Aurora hunting anytime.

Excellent view of the frozen lake. We managed to see auroras at night from the cabin!
Comfortable bed, and very cozy cabin.
Automatic entrance/hall light that kept switching on and off.
No plates and cutlery with the amenities.

Close to the bus stop and very cozy wood cabin. The Sauna is perfect and got the amazing view of northern just by walking out for 1 minute at the lake. Everything is perfect!

The place and surrounding was excellent. Staff were in general very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of misunderstanding, and we got the blame for it - totally unreasonable. They managed to assist in solving it, but at our cost, which again wasn't reasonable, but we had no choice as we had to catch our plane. Otherwise all was good and we would recommend the place.

Lovely view from cabin, very quiet location but close to town to walk.
Staff were very help with setting up TV.
Bathroom basin was very small and had a shelf right above it, made it difficult to use.
Cabin curtains let in a lot of light.

Nice cabin with sauna and close to the lake. They organise excursions but we didn't try them but the receptionist was nice to give us advice on other things to do in the city.
There is a kitchen but with no basic amenities (e.g. salt, soap, etc) and therefore impossible to use if you're staying for a short stay.
The WiFi does not really work if you are far from the reception.

very nice location and Best ever receptionist.
There were construction works with big dump trucks and excavator … making noise and dust …
it should be mentioned in their website and booking.com website so travelers know ahead.

Clean and easy to use kitchen.
Sauna is very nice.
Wi-Fi is not connected. But I think it can't be helped considering the location.

Excellent location overlooking Lake Inari! Was an excellent location to see the Aurora and the Aurora Cabin has unobstructed view of the lake and doesn’t look at other cabins. The cabin was nice and new.
Currently the reception area is down the road at Hotel Inari (luckily our driver was nice enough to let us Check in and then drive us to our cabin).
Breakfast was also an optional extra at Hotel Inari but it was a 10min walk down the road hence we didn’t eat there.
Also the bed is not a double but rather two singles put together.

The cottage room is clean and good size for our family. We could see the northern lights from our cabin. Nice view and calm place.
The light at the entrance is easily turned on automatically. That’s good for safe but sometimes it’s restless.
