We are a group of four friends who decided to explore Inari and its surroundings in March and the Arctic Nature Lodge was the perfect place to stay. We were easily able to reach several wonderful locations for hiking, cross-country skiing, and viewing the Northern Lights. The location is excellent, close enough to the village to go shopping, for example (it’s a 10 to 15-minute walk), and right next to Lake Inari. The house is beautiful, well maintained and fully equipped, so we could cook our own meals whenever we wanted. The included sauna was also a very nice plus. The owners live in a house next to the Artic Lodge and were very friendly and gave us excellent tips. The house also has four snowshoes, that were very useful on our hikes in the snow, and two pairs of altai skis, which we tried only once to get the feeling of riding them (it was a very nice experience, by the way).
Actually, we loved everything. The only aspect of the house that could be improved to make it truly perfect would be to improve the insulation of the shower area and add a small shelf next to the shower to hold toiletries.

とても親切なオーナーでした。到着すると温かく迎え入れてくれて、滞在中も安心して過ごすことができました。
宿のすぐ近くにある湖からはオーロラをしっかり見ることができ、とても素晴らしい体験になりました。
設備は新しく使いやすく、部屋もとても清潔に保たれていました。主要な場所へも徒歩で行ける距離ですが、観光客の多いエリアとは少し距離があるため、落ち着いた環境で現地で暮らすように滞在できたのもとても良かったです。
ロッジの扉の鍵を閉めるのに少しコツが必要でしたが、うまくいかなかったのでオーナーにチャットで連絡したところ、すぐに来て助けてくれました。とても親切でありがたかったです。
部屋は常にとても暖かく、快適に過ごすことができました。

The owner was very kind and welcoming. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
We were also able to see the aurora clearly from the nearby lake, which was an amazing experience.
The facilities were modern and easy to use, and the room was very clean. Although the lodge is within walking distance of the main areas, it is slightly away from the busy tourist spots, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful stay and feel more like we were living locally.
Locking the lodge door required a bit of a trick. When we couldn’t get it to work and contacted the owner through chat, they came right away to help us, which we really appreciated.
The room was always very warm and comfortable.
3泊しましたがタオルは2日分でした。特に気になる方はタオルを少し持参するか、事前に確認しておくと安心だと思います。
We stayed for three nights, but there were only enough towels for two days. If this might be important for you, it may be a good idea to bring an extra towel or check with the owner in advance.

とても清潔で、滞在するのに必要なものが揃っていました。料理、洗濯、リネンで困る事がありませんでした。サウナもついているので毎日入り楽しかったです。スーパーマーケットも徒歩15分で行けて、品揃えも良かったです。
子供がおねしょをしたり熱を出したりして慌てましたが、オーナーさんがすぐに対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。とても親切で優しいオーナーさんでした。また訪れたいと思います。
