One of the ones to the rules of the sliding door that didn’t fully close. Another room had an AC that didn’t pull up the room as much

Location
Very rude @ checkin. Not flexible even by 1 minute. Not even accepting luggage before 1:30 pm. We had to leave 9 pcs of luggage @ the street and we take turns to be around them. When my son dropped the luggage after 1:30 pm, he was not allowed to use the toilet. He was asked to leave immediately. Only 1 AC was cold enough in a very hot Rome weather.
