Todo, no me pudo gustar más!! Apartamento con excelente ubicación, amplio, silencioso, tiene de todo, secadores de pelo, televisiones, plancha, en la cocina no le falta un detalle… Estuvimos toda la familia como en nuestra casa!

Todo estaba perfecto!.

Appartamento grande , con 2 bagni. Camera principale con letto comodo. Bollitore e macchina caffè con cialde e bicchierini carta. Cucina ben fornita con bicchieri ,posate. Posizione super.

Divano letto molto scomodo, grande ma materasso e rete inadatti per adulto. Gli armadi tutti pieni di roba quindi poco spazio da potere usare . Asciugamani solo 2 per persona perciò consiglio di portarseli dietro. Stessa cosa x prodotti bagno, solo 1 campioncino x doccia a testa. Peccato per la macchina caffè con porta acqua totalmente sporco e incrostato di calcare. Internet funzionava male. Pulizia accettabile ma appena entrati abbiamo trovato dei prodotti usati nella doccia e dei bicchierini di plastica usati sempre nella doccia. Mancava sapone per mani nei bagni.

The location; building security and friendliness of the staff that greeted us upon check-in, and the size of the property. In terms of amenities, although we ultimately did not have to use it, it was quite handy to have a washer and a dryer at our disposal. Views from one of the rooms over a little street with restaurants were also quite lovely. It was also handy to have had 2 bathrooms as we were 2 families with 2 toddlers in total, and having easy access to a bathroom is always appreciated. Finally we appreciated the flexibility of the hosts when we asked to check out a little later than initially requested.

Whilst the pictures are accurate in the most part, what is not visible is the accumulated wear and tear from what must have been hundreds of stays since the last renovation. We also felt that the property could have been better and more thoroughly cleaned before our stay - in addition to various marks on our duvet, the upholstery of the sofas and armchairs in the living room also felt a little dirty, the same for the carpets. The kitchen could also have used a more in-depth cleaning, as there seemed to be some oily spillage on the inox wall protector behind the stove. Some pots and pans were also stained or just heavily used. We also noticed there was what seemed to be a used bedsheet in one of the drawers in the closet of one of the rooms. With this standard of furnishings at this time and cleanliness, value for money could be slightly better.
