Spanish Steps Caesar Suites

- This accommodation has an elevator so it’s so easy to access the house with all the luggages. It’s so difficult to get a nice place to stay with an elevator in Rome. - The house is super spacious for us (family of 5). Beds are also big and comfortable. - Location is perfect. Everything is nearby and it’s easy to get Uber/ Taxis too. - Host is super helpful and friendly! Welcomed us in, showed us every room, explained the house rules and how to contact them (should we need to) etc.

- The washing machine is positioned in a slightly awkward place. - The shower drainage in both bathrooms were a bit slow. - The kettle is a bit old, as there was some white residue in it.

The location was perfect

Too much noise in the early morning, so we couldn't get to sleep. Beyond no room cleaning for 5 days, there is nothing to do for the cleaning( no vacuum). No change of towels and could not wash them because of the unhygienic washing machine. Shower knob not working, water pressure problems, dirty coverings.

Beautiful apartment. Great location

The location of this property is fantastic. Spanish steps and all the shopping is just minutes away. The apartment is big and we have a group of 5 so there is a room for everyone.

For €1000 Euro a night, we would have expect more. There was limited toilettes provided. (Tiny little soap!). The place was worn out and the overall place was quite dirty- floors were sticky,there were tiny insects on bathroom floors. The hot water systems was on an off. The remote controls were not working properly too.
