Great location, close to everything (sea, old town, restaurants, etc.), good transportation, good breakfast (in the nearby cafe), very kind and helpful hosts.

The location was excellent, very central in the old town, close to the cathedral and a straight walk from and to the train station and ferry port. The hosts were absolutely lovely, kept in contact before I arrived and gave me so much information about the town and places to visit. My room was spotlessly clean, and was cleaned again during my 2 night stay. Giovanni's artwork is beautiful. If I was to return to Salerno I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. It was a shame that the cafe for breakfast was unavoidably closed while I was there, but Giovanni refunded me the breakfast cost.

Everything was very thoughtful from the first moment. Giovanni was very nice, always smiling and also a very talented artist! He has his beautiful art all around the flat, which I really loved. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. The places he recommended were perfect, especially the ice cream place, it was amazing and my partner still keeps talking about it :) Giovanni was also very responsive whenever we had a question. Also, we loved Salerno so much! We stayed there on our way back from Amalfi, just to spend a day before going back to Rome, and I really regret staying only one night. It’s such a beautiful place with lots of great restaurants. It felt very local and authentic, and it was also very walkable. We definitely want to come back to Salerno and stay at the same place again :) Thank you so much Giovanni!
