Rental 100 m from the beach and all activities, sea view, beautiful comfortable apartment, 4/5 people.Beautiful apartment of type T2, 45 m2, 4/5 sleeping accommodations, about 100 m from the beach of St Asile, balcony with sea view, garden furniture...All on foot (surrounding activities, restaurants, shops...).Large separate kitchen open to the balcony, bright living room, bathroom with shower.Equipment: - Electric plancha, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hobs (4 gas burners), extractor hood, electric coffee maker, toaster, TV, 2 fans (air brewer in the bedroom and standing fan in the living room).Bedding: convertible sofa in 140 (2 seats), 1 bunk bed foldable 2 beds, 1 double bed in 140.*The bunk beds are only for children over 6 years of age.Parking in front of the residence.We accept holiday vouchers (depending on booking platform).Linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are not included, you can choose to include these services at the prices of: - limited use sheets for a bed in 90 : 10 €- Sheets limited use for a bed in 140 : 20 €- Household end of stay : 50 €- Animal package : 25 € / animalNon-smoking accommodation."Our arrivals (in July and August only) will take place from Sunday to Sunday... less plugs, no trucks."
