Airco is great but the room for the children is way to hot

The communication is unacceptable, because it's nearly impossible to understand the owner because his english is not good and mixes it with french and its also nearly impossible to reach out to him, he never picks up the phone or react to messages u send to him. The place is not ideal of u want to go to the city of Toulon, because it's pretty far away from the city, also it's next to the main road so sometimes in the night u will hear some cars. The environment is a bit boring, not really much to do in the area. Also there will be some things missing like spoons or forks or some things are broken.

the studios corresponds to its price

the property is situated near the port and a bus stop. it was easy to get around

the cleanliness, the studio had unfinished construction for second floor; it was not safe to leave the windows open because the room can be directly accessible through opened windows from outside.

The air conditioning (AC) on the top floor struggled to keep it cool (but then the heat wave was on). The downstairs AC unit worked perfectly though. Some shelves are a bit wonky, watch out for them falling on your feet (super easy to fix, why wasn't it done yet ? Had I had my tools with me, I'd have done it)

La résidence est bien située, Enzo nous a très bien accueilli Deux espaces extérieurs agréables avec du beau temps.

La vaisselle sale laissée par les précédents locataires, la fuite de la salle de bain (dégoulinant dans la cuisine/salle à manger), moisissures, la sonnette qui fait sauter le courant, le peu d'eau chaude et le manque de matériel de cuisine (casseroles, poêles, saladiers)

Simple d’accès. La studio est bien agencé. Le gérant Guy est très agréable et très arrangeant.

Compliqué de se garer. Il nous aurait manqué un petit étendage pour étendre nos serviettes de plages.

L'appartement est bien placé et spacieux.

Bien que l'appartement soit bien placé il est un peu bruyant (bruit de la rue) pas trop bien insonorisé.

Il y a 2 dégâts des eaux en 2 jours. Le 2e jour, le propriétaire ne répondait pas à nos appels et sms (à partir de 21h30) L’eau coulait tellement que nous avons dû appeler les pompiers. Le propriétaire a répondu aux pompiers, il était 22h30. Je demande un dédommagement financier pour tous les tracas et désagréments. Le propriétaire refuse, il propose de faire un geste lors de notre prochain séjour. Cependant, nous ne comptons pas y retourner Il ne veut rien entendre 😡

Particularmente de nada.

Começou muito mal porque fiz a reserva para um apartamento e foi nos dado outro que nada tinha a ver. Depois a visita do apartamento foi sempre a correr e o responsável como todos só que o dinheiro da caução para se ir embora. No dia a seguir enviou nos uma mensagem para abrir mos o portão porque iam lavar o patio. No dia a seguir foram ao apartamento por causa dos comandos dos estores. Nada limpo, muita coisa por arranjar e limpar como a melhorar. Ou seja só querem o dinheiro e não se preocupam com as comodidades de quem paga. Alem do apartamento e todo e envolvente cheirar mal. Axo que o booking como uma plataforma que negoceia estes alojamentos devia ser mais exigente para com os proprietários, porque os alojamentos cada vez são mais caros para as comodidades que oferecem.

Insgesamt gesehen ,habe ich mich wohl gefühlt und gern dort gewohnt. Würde wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Markt, Altstadt und Hafen kann man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Ein mittelgrosser Supermarkt befindet sich in der selben Richtung, nach ca. 3 Minuten Gehzeit. Das Haus liegt an einer belebten Strasse, mit sehr schönen alten und hohen Platanen auf beiden Seiten. Der Autoverkehr hat nicht gestört, da der Eingang auf der ruhigen Hausrückseite liegt und die Fenster gut isoliert sind. Sehr praktisch ist die Bushaltestelle "Marie Curie" vor dem Haus. Die Linie 70 fährt direkt vom bzw. zum Bahnhof Toulon, wenn man mit dem Zug an- oder abreist. Die Buslinie 81 fährt direkt zum Strand " Fabregas"; Linie 83 zum Strand " Les Sablettes" ( beides sehr schöne Strände , ca. 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit ) Einzelfahrten können im Bus für 2€ gekauft werden. Billiger ist eine 10-er Karte für 10€ ......zu kaufen im Bureau reseau mistral - gegenüber der Bootsanlegestelle am Hafen. Ticket gilt auch für Bootslinie 8 M nach Toulon und andere Richtungen.

Der Internetzugang war manchmal mühsam. Das Problem ist dem Vermieter bekannt und soll behoben werden. Die Küchenausstattung kann noch verbessert werden.

Nada que ver con lo que se dice en el anuncio,no hay ascensor,humedades por todos lados ,cama super incomoda, boquete en la pared ,electrodoméstico estropeado etc un desastre total,creo que nos tenían que devolver lo que pagamos ,y miren al fotos adjuntas

Accueil professionnel et maison spacieuse, mais propreté insuffisante, surtout en cuisine et au sol.

L’accueil qui nous a été réservé était très professionnel : on nous a présenté le logement ainsi que ses équipements de manière claire, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise dès le début. La literie était très confortable, et la taille de la maison est un vrai atout pour un séjour à cinq.

Dans l'ensemble, le logement était satisfaisant, mais la propreté a posé problème. Les ustensiles de cuisine (poêles, casseroles, etc.) étaient sales et gras, comme s'ils n'avaient pas été nettoyés. Le propriétaire en a été informé et a assuré qu'il prêterait davantage attention à ce point. Les sols, quant à eux, étaient dans un état similaire dans toute la maison : marcher pieds nus était à éviter, les chaussettes noircissaient rapidement et le sol collait légèrement, ce qui rendait le séjour peu agréable sur ce point.

Très bon séjour

La localisation est pratique sans être charmante, proche de Toulon, de Sanary, facile à trouver. Ll'hôte est très disponible et arrangeant pour récupérer les clefs. L'appartement correspond bien à la description et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Il est parfois difficile de se garer dans le quartier en fin de journée. Quelques éléments comme un torchon vaisselle, du liquide vaisselle, ou du savon auraient été bienvenus.
