In my opinion

I enjoyed the pleasant surprise on entering the apartment. The outside of the building and the hallway is in need of attention but then you enter the apartment and you find a tastefully decorated, clean and well furnished space. Local area; I would describe it as authentic and unpretentious. Personally, I liked the quartier it but it may not be to everyone's taste.

Some of the facilities need upgrading. The hotplates didn't work so even heating up water for coffee had to be done in the microwave. I was staying in late February and the heating was inadequate.

L'appartement est bien situé,proche de l'arrêt de bus, facile d'accès en plein centre ville .

Quelques meubles est en remplacer et il fait aussi tellement froid, le chauffage sa fonctionne pas bien.

J'ai bien aimé le fait que ça soit un studio Le propriétaire était sympa au début.

La salle de bain /wc est un petit peu trop petite Pas de vrai fenêtre j'avais l'impression de suffoquer Des bouches d'aération donné sur la laverie , il était difficile de respirer correctement. Le quartier avait beau être proche du port il restait trop bruyant jusqu'à une heure et plus du matin. Étant dans l'intersection de 2 rue le matin à 5h la ville nettoie les rues avec leur machine qui fais un bruit pas possible 4 allers-retours tous les matins 😡🤯

Non ci è piaciuto nulla. Non vedevamo l'ora di andare via.

Dovrebbero vergognarsi a mettere a disposizione un tugurio come questa struttura, facendola passare per un alloggio dignitoso. 1) mancanza assoluta di sicurezza: non c'erano finestre per poter uscire in caso di emergenza. 2) igiene inesistente: cucina attaccata al bagno e frigo rotto che perdeva acqua. 3) quando una persona va in bagno non può chiudere la porta perché altrimenti soffoca dalla mancanza d'aria. La cappa di aspirazione era fittizia. 4) ho sempre pensato che se uno spende poco non può pretendere la luna, ma penso che pagare 146€ per dormire in un luogo dove la temperatura si aggirava intorno ai 40°, con un ventilatore scarso che non rinfrescava niente, sia veramente un furto. 5) le foto sono ingannevoli, facendo vedere una vista mare quando in realtà c'era una mini finestra che dava alla strada, e l'appartamento era al piano terra. 6) hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedere una caparra di 390€ per una notte. 7) hanno adibito un negozio con due vetrine a monolocale. Una delle vetrine é tappata con compensato. PS: spero tanto che arrivi il giorno in cui i clienti di Booking vengano tutelati, e non vengano trattati soltanto come galline dalle uova d'oro. Booking dovrebbe verificare le strutture prima di metterle a disposizione.

Très bon emplacement, logiciel pour type « livret d’accueil » est très pratique est fonctionnnel. Hôte très agréable par message et répond à nos demandes rapidement. Merci nous reviendrons Aurore

Des climatiseur pour l’été car le manque de fenêtre très une pièce chaude +++
