Good location for Ferry/buses to Toulon / Sablettes….

Close to shops and transport links facilities where there but some need replacing nice and spacious large dining table sofa area, aircon was good. Small outside space we didn’t use as out all day.

The upstairs double rooms you had to walk through to get to one of them so lack of privacy …we where 2 x sets of couples and a single so not great for us but family wise it would be fine.

could have done with some more relaxing chairs outside in the balcony. maybe a more comfortable couch. the sink unit in the bathroom was falling apart.

Passable

The host made a contact with me prior to arrival. Parking in a closed yard was very convenient. The apartment has windows to the yard so we could actually visually control it. Air-conditioning unit - very handy in hot weather. The apartment is fairly spacious for a family of 4 and featured all the basic necessities.

We lost about 1 hour each time waiting for the host on both arrival and departure for the hand-off of keys. Dust from a nearby construction. The apartment could use some renovation of the interior. Many accessories were either loosely fixed (e.g. toilet paper hanger), or in a throw-away state (ironing board), some power sockets not working at all, ceiling light in the living room weak that we needed to bring extra lamps in to be able to actually see something in the evening.

large rooms, good location, good fridge, generous drinks on arrival.

only 3 chairs inside for 4 people. another lounge chair would be good. lamp in bunk room had no globe, too difficult to reach fan/light.

Pleasant large apartment just off the main road, all local amenities are close by and it's in a quiet area.

Summer holiday

We took one of the duplex apartments and although we were only 3 it could have easily accomodated 4/5 people. The apartment comes with everything you might need to spend a week or even longer in the area. The kitchen was well suplied, and it had a coffee machine, dishwashing machine, and plenty of cookingware. In the bathroom there is a washing machine which comes very handy. The beds are very comfortable, and we apretiated greatly having a good air conditioner unit as the days were extremely hot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area.

It is not located too close to a beach, which means you do need to use your car to move around. There is good public transport close by which comes handy. It would be really nice if they could leave cleaning appliances (vaccum machine) for people staying for long.

This appartment is very large and equippt with 3 air condition. This is very important in the summer!

The door lock is too hard to lock. And I thought it is not reliable. I suggest the haus administator to change the door lock. And the detergent, some condiments e.g. salt should be provided

The place didn’t Mach my expectations

Place was dirty and look very different from the picture there was an electric plug hanging in the bathroom close to the water. Very dangerous and a staircase to go to bed very very deep very uncomfortable to claim

Décevant ou pas de chance.

Rien, sinon la réactivité du personnel a trouver une solution pour passer nos fêtes de Noël en famille.

Une multitude de problèmes entre fuites de toit et ménage pas fait. La réactivité du personnel a fait que notre séjour a été fait dans un autre gîte que je noterai pas.

La regionet l'emplacement de l'appartement.

Appartement pas tres propre. Manque de casseroles et de couverts pour 7 personnes. Electricé defectueuse dans la cuisine et lampes de chevets qui manque dans les chambres.. Les rideaux a faire nettoyés ainsi que les murs ,les montants des fenêtres et l,'escalier le long de la paroi vitrée.. Les sanitaires pas très propes.et nauséabondes. Lave vaisselle ,hote de cuisine et four a contrôler .

Super Hôte Guy merci L'emplacement, les commodités ( boulangerie, magasin , pharmacie, restaurants ), la climatisation en période caniculaire superbe , le fait d'être en centre ville pas trop a franchement le top du top 😍 Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Je vous le recommande a 1000/100 😊 Encore merci pour ce séjour.

Peut être un peu plus de communication 😄mais dans l'ensemble franchement rien à redire juste 2 petites choses insignifiantes mais qui après une bonne communication ont pu être réglé.

Le contact très professionnel et amical. Endroit parfait pour tout faire à pied ou en voiture. Guy personne chaleureuse et de confiance.

Bon séjour et location pratique

Clés remises quasiment à notre arrivée sachant que nous sommes arrivés plus tôt. Très bien

Les places de parking sont un peu étroites. La terrasse pas assez sécurisée (on n ose pas laisser ses serviettes séchées ou autres en cas d'absence)

Très bien placé pour les transports, très propre, calme, et la petite cour est un vrai atout.

Le lieu est très bien placé, l'appartement très propre, calme et la petite cour sans vis à vis est vraiment un atout pour prendre un repas tranquille dehors. Guy, le propriétaire, a été adorable. Je suis arrivée bien avant l'heure et j'ai pu m'installer quand même (j'avais juste demandé de pouvoir poser ma très grosse valise). De plus, il restait quelques travaux en cours, normal juste avant la saison. Les équipements qui posaient problème ont été de suite changés (micro-ondes défaillant). Je reviendrai surement.

Il manque un peu d'équipements (vaisselle ...) mais c'est en cours de rectification pour préparer la saison touristique.

parfait :)

Ayant appelé 30 minutes avant mon arrivée, comme prévu, la personnes nous attendait et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Les explications étaient claires, l'appartement spacieux et propres et le parking privé et gratuit comme prévu. Il nous a bien conseillé pour les restaurants. Très bon emplacement et facile trouver.

Le seul bémol est qu'il faudrait changer les poêles antiadhésives car elles sont dans un état catastrophique.

À notre arrivée l’appartement était très propre, et comme on est arrivé un petit peu avant, on a eu les clés largement avant 17h, et je tiens à remercier Guy pour ce geste,
