About this villa rental
Large apartment on the ground floor of villa. A large living room with extra bed, kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, another with 2 single beds, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen opens onto a large terrace with garden table and chairs on 1000 m2 of land: pine forest, plants and greenery. A summer kitchen in the pool (5m / 8m), with table, chairs, and sun loungers also. Private parking inside the property for 2 cars. Private pool shared with the owners according to their presence.

We had the most lovely stay at Yakout and Lyece's guest home. The place was exactly as described, with the pool, garden area and patio even better than described. The warm welcome exceeded even that. Their hospitality during our stay made us feel extra welcome, whilst also providing plenty of privacy. We hope very much to be able to return as we've fallen in love with the place and the Var and people in general. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate to book your stay--it's exactly the sort of place we needed for rest, relaxation, exploring and adventure.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in La Seyne sur Mer. The apartment was lovely, and the pool and garden were magnificent! Extremely well maintained. The owners were very discreet but also very helpful if we needed to ask any questions. A lovely family who made us feel very welcome. We would love to return at some point in the future. (A very minor point on the VRBO listing, the second bedroom does not have twin beds, it is a double bed. However, this wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe for others, as we used the other single bed in main room instead.) Thank you for a brilliant holiday!

This area of Southern France is so beautiful and we had such a great stay. The managers and owners were very kind, responsive, and accommodating. The pool was a wonderful reprieve for such a hot few days we were there. Great food is only a short drive away. Would highly recommend a stay here.
