The apartment is modern, clean, and very well-located — just a short walk from both the beach and the local market. The balcony is definitely a highlight, offering a pleasant place to relax.

After confirming the reservation, the host requested an additional fee for bed linen and towels, which was not mentioned in the original listing. When asked, the host stated there was “no space to include this information” in the description, which felt a bit misleading. Also, due to the layout of the children’s bed, the apartment may not be suitable for older children. Another point to consider: key collection and return are handled at a separate hotel, which can be time-consuming if you don’t have a car.

Das Apartment bei Frau Viktoria ist ein echtes Juwel am Meer! Es ist sehr, sehr sauber, gepflegt und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und gastfreundlich, und die Kommunikation war perfekt – ein einziger Anruf hat genügt, um alles zu regeln. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick direkt aufs Meer, und der Strand liegt praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen, an den man immer wieder gerne zurückkehrt.

Magnifique séjour

Appartement trop bien situé, proximité de la plage avec accès privatif, proximité du centre-ville ( 5 min a pied) et des commerces. Une vue magnifique sur la mer ainsi que sur Toulon .Appartement très bien équipé, confortable avec climatisation et tout est neuf … La personne qui loue l appartement est, très accueillante, impliquée , disponible et d une grande gentillesse ! Je recommande vivement et hâte d y retourner..

Eigentlich schön mit ein paar ABERs

Lage nah am Meer in ruhiger, abgeschlossener Wohngegend. Modern eingerichtet und mit privatem Stellplatz. Schöne Dachterrasse, allerdings konnten wir diese leider nicht richtig nutzen, da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Spontane Buchung und Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin haben gut funktioniert.

Die Bettwäsche ist nicht inklusive, kostet pauschal 20€ zusätzlich. Handtücher sind gar nicht dabei. Der Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig zu finden mit der Beschreibung (Foto wäre hier hilfreich). Außerdem ist die Wohnung im 3. Stock OHNE Fahrstuhl, was im Sommer mit schwerem Gepäck suboptimal ist. Generell ist Wohnung relativ eng. Die Klimaanlage in der oberen Etage (Schlafbereich) schafft es leider kaum, den Raum zu kühlen, sodass es eine unangenehm warme Nacht war.
