Outdoor highlights include a private back yard with a shady patio, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Inside, you’ll find lots of color, unique artwork - check out the skateboards - and plenty of space to gather in the open, light-filled space. Whip up a meal or snack in the full kitchen, then take your pick of several bar-style seating areas or sit down for a more formal meal at the window-front table. When it’s time to venture out, you’re around a half-mile from all the shops, restaurants, and bars of Center Street.
When you return, spend the evening relaxing in the central AC. Entertainment options include free WiFi and four streaming-capable TVs, so everyone will find something to watch. End the night in one of the well-appointed bedrooms - another perfect Folly Beach day awaits tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was immaculate and the proximity to the beach was great. The inside is not as modernized as the pictures make it look and the outside wasn’t prepared for guests … maybe because it was early in the season. We needed blankets and the property manager got them for us right away, even though it was a Sunday.

Property location was great. Management company was terrible…. WiFi didn’t work, tried to get it fixed and the property manager never showed up to fix it. Had to keep AC on or power went out in half the house. Took over 13 hours to get it fixed. They plugged in refrigerator to an extension cord to try and “save our groceries “. On check out was woken up by the power company taking the meter out so they could fix the issues. We didn’t have power the morning of check out…. I won’t go on any more
