Welcome to La Bella Vita, The Beautiful Life! This stunning 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home was custom built to perfectly maximize open air and outdoor living. You walk up to the massive 10 foot wide wrap-around covered decking that offers over 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space. The deck features plenty of chaise lounge chairs, gas grill and a porch swing that will provide hours of enjoyment and the perfect setting for a summer evening after the beach.
The living room space features a beautiful dual sided gas “island” fireplace, ample lounging space and views galore. Gorgeous varying width, heart of pine hardwood flooring lies throughout the home. The room flows perfectly into the grand kitchen with custom stainless steel appliances and custom wine fridge. A huge granite topped island is perfect for entertaining and dining alike. The owners have spared no expense in stocking the kitchen with all the amenities a professional chef would need. Windows upon windows allow the natural light to pour into this warm and inviting home. Multiple doors lead back out to your covered, wrap around decking, your open air sun deck, and a huge completely screened in rear back porch with outdoor dining table.
Ready for a day at the beach or a sunrise stroll? Your own beach access is directly across the street from your front door. This natural covered path has a fun, tropical feel. When you return home from a day at the beach, shower off in your own outdoor, private tiki shower at the rear of the house.
The master bedroom, with King bed, is huge with an enormous bathroom suite, marble shower, Jacuzzi and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids or adults since the bunk bed has two Full beds to sleep 4 total. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have private access to the back screen porch. The final Queen bed is found in the 4th bedroom in the back-middle of the home. High quality linen and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Massive garage underneath the home provides sufficient parking as well as a perfect place to keep your beach toys while you are here. House also comes with kayak, perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts! Just a short, 20-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston, SC to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer.
Home is non smoking and not pet-friendly. No events/parties allowed. Located in one of the quieter spots on Folly Beach, home is in a residential area with many full-time residents around. This beach house had everything we needed, there wasn't a single detail that was missing. The house is large and well furnished; stylish and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was 100% equipped to tackle any meal we wanted to prepare, the outdoor living spaces were wonderful. The location to town was very convenient, the beach access was feet away from the house. The property had a multitude of amenities to enjoy the beach, bike into town, or stay in and hang out at home. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we return to Folly.

This property could be 5 star with a few changes. The outside “living/ game” area is not usable so that was disappointing. The sonos and the WiFi did not work either. With all that being said we still enjoyed our time at the house and beach.
