This charming four-bedroom, three-bathroom beach duplex brings the charm of the 70s retro beach vibe with all of the modern amenities. Beach and sound views abound from the upper deck making it an ideal place to watch the sun rise, have cocktails at sunset or watch the 4th of July fireworks. Less than 200 steps to beach access, the house is close to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and other activities.
On the ground floor, guests will find the enclosed outdoor shower, which is perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach. The first floor of the home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a furnished balcony. On the second level, guests will find the main living space, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a second deck with beach views. The cheerful living room offers comfortable chairs and a sofa, a TV, and a gorgeous coffee table. This is a great gathering spot for families and friends - plan your next adventures, enjoy a cup of coffee together, or simply share a wholesome time with the ones you love. The kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a coffee maker. And last, but definitely not least, the upper level has a nice lounge area with a sofa, a TV, a bar-height table for two, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. From here, guests can access the beachfront upper deck.

Everything was great with the exception of having no trash bags, paper towels, or kitchen sponge. The elevator didn’t work for two days which made it difficult for my 84 yr old mother who had to walk all of the stairs. After it was fixed all was good. The kitchen lacks some basic items: need larger frypan for bigger meals for multiple individuals, cookie sheet, hand mixer, coffee pot. Went for Thanksgiving and had to go to the store to get basic things that should have been in the house (supplies). Reached out to the property mgmt company the night we arrived. Nothing could be done until the day after Thanksgiving. Even with these things, would definitely stay again. Very quiet location and only about a block or two to the beach.

Wonderful for what we needed. Lots of stairs but elevator was great. Lots of room and beautiful view and beach accesss. Would rent again.

Loved the closeness to the beach and to the local restaurants. The rental is spacious to spread out and has everything you need for an enjoyable trip.
