When you return, you'll be greeted by a house that has undergone numerous renovations, including new flooring, furniture, and more. Watch amazing sunrises from the two large ocean-facing decks and catch sunsets from the two Sound-side balconies. Relax on the deck in the hammock with a good book while listening to the waves. More ocean views await from the living area and one of the two main suites - both of which include private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, which also includes a washer/dryer. Enjoy TV with HD cable, movies, and sports. Bring your laptop and connect to high-speed WiFi. Additional perks of this home include a well-equipped kitchen, an outside changing room and shower, a library of books, a radio/CD player, a VCR, a DVD player with family DVDs, and board games. Each bedroom comes with its own TV.

Also Vacasa as expected. You don't get great customer service if you need it dealing with a giant conglomerate. The only reason we rented from them is because the house was directly next to another house we rented and wasn't big enough for our entire group. If you have the choice, rent from a local realty company, not vacasa. I miss Treasure Realty.
The house itself was as expected and everything (except the electronic door lock) worked well and we experienced no hiccups with the house. Vacasa's customer service with the broken electronic door lock left much to be desired.

We had an amazing time! The beach house was beautiful and in a great location. Easy access to the beach, with the use of beach chairs and boogie boards. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed! We will definitely book again!

The decor was very cute and the layout worked great. Location was awesome. BUT half the blinds didn't work, the master window leaked when it rained, and tread on one of the stairs was not glued down. Almost fell down the stairs tripping on it. The dining furniture was cute but not practical for constant rental, there were cracks and missing bolts. If these things were fixed I would rent again.
