Under new ownership with lots of upgrades, this oceanfront home in North Topsail Beach has direct beach access and plenty of parking.
The home has been renovated/remodeled with fresh paint, new flooring, and brand-new kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and appliances, as well as the addition of tons of amenities. These amenities include large decks off the kitchen and main suite with plenty of seating, a picnic table, and an outdoor shower. There is a shade and rain-covered roof section over part of the second-floor deck. Other outdoor amenities include a large Bullfrog A8 hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean. Imagine enjoying the hot tub with the drink of your choice, as the summer air turns cool in the evening; you may never want to leave! There is also an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.
There is a large game room on the first floor with ping pong, foosball, darts, a large smart TV, a bar area with stools/seating, and a full-size refrigerator. Enjoy our master suite with a sliding glass door overlooking the ocean. There is an open-concept living area on the main floor and ample seating in the dining area. Live like a local and cook your meals in the brand-new kitchen, equipped with a wine cooler, double oven, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils and cookware you need. Main suite bathroom amenities include a heated ceramic floor, dual tower showers with a stained-glass window, and a whirlpool tub. Need to work remotely or get some studying done? There is a reading nook/small office area and high-speed WiFi.
Don't leave your best friend at home! This vacation rental is pet-friendly, so your pup can take part in the vacation fun too.
Other amenities include Point Central door access code and thermostats, six smart TVs, a full-size washer/dryer, and white-washed tongue and groove ceilings.

The bunk room area on the top floor is a walk-thru area to the main suite.

The view, the property were all top notch. Hot water was plentiful, a beautiful spacious house for having family over for a visit. The beach was the hi light and it was incredible to be lulled to sleep with the sounds of the breakers coming in.....and shells galore!

I would recommend this house because of the following. Excellent outdoor furnishings and easy access to beach. Pet friendly. Uncovered areas of the deck without having to go to the roof. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of cookware, dishes, cups, and glasses. Linen provided. Living room was comfortable and especially liked the Tv size which is unusual but an item I look for when choosing as we go during football and World Series time. Close to Sneads Ferry restaurants and grocery. We did not use the game room but for a large family this is a bonus as well as the hot tub. The house was very clean. I also liked the French doors for access as I think it is better than sliders. The shower was wonderful as well as the double vanity. The Topsail Brewery behind Rick’s was nice and Pet Friendly . Our favorite Chinese restaurant The Red Pepper is still the best Hot and Sour Soup ever. The Line was a nice new addition. Old favorites, Ricks, high water for football, and Buddy’s for a beer are good.

We loved this house! From the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, gorgeous view from every window, the large decks with ample seating and the oceanfront hottub it is hard to beat! Plenty of cookware to cook big family meals which we love to do at the beach! Not to mention the awesome shower in the master which everyone fought o er to use so relaxing after a long day on the beach! Being able to bring our fur baby was the icing on the cake!! We stay at topsail every year and we highly recommend this home!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable for our party of 3 adults and kids would have been tight at max capacity. We loved being right on the beach. The layout of the living/dining/kitchen area was open and inviting. We also spent a lot of time on the spacious deck. Biggest glitch for us was the hot tub not working. Other things that would have enhanced our stay would have been having king size bed in the master room (my husband, baby and I had to slit up bc the bed was so small) and access to a community pool. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely home.
