Updated Family Getaway: Walk to Sea Haven Beach!

Lots of space. Very well equipped kitchen Many towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc Lots of closet space. Master bedroom upstairs and down. Seperate upstairs/downstairs A/C Heating units. TVs with Roku in up and downstairs sitting areas as well as 3 of the 4 bedrooms Wonderful porch all around house. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating Table for eating outside. Lovely view of sound. Lots of very easy parking in yard Close to steps up the deck Short walk across 22nd street then very short way down non busy street to public walkway over dunes Very spacious, well maintained beach. Very short walk other direction to public area with wooden walk walk around sound to watch beautiful sunsets Condo in great location. Mainly houses all around North Topsail but just 10 mins into Surf City with stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend Divers right over Surf City bridge for coffees, juices, quiches, muffins, Acai bowls, etc. Wine and Beer in afternoon hrs. Cute place with lovely views of the sound owned by great people. Would highly recommend this condo for families or big group of friends! Checkin was super easy
