A charming, cozy little house, just a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Le Pouliguen.
Its tree-lined, west-facing terrace opens onto a covered patio that you can use as you please—as a summer living room or a third bedroom (with a Muji sofa bed).
The kitchen is separate from the living room; upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with unobstructed views. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.
At the end of the street lies the charming Saint Anne Chapel and its beach, which—at low tide—will lead you to Nau Beach and the Port of Pouliguen.
You can enjoy long, safe bike rides along the wild coastline with your children thanks to the well-maintained bike paths.
