Enjoy watching the resident Cows, Goats, and local wildlife while you enjoy Farm and Ranch Living just one short mile from the festivals and nightlife of downtown Bandera in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. "Roulette Ranch" offers all the comforts and amenities of city life complete with high-speed internet and luxury beddings less than 3 minutes away from lively 11th Street and Historic Arkey Blues, and at the intersection of the famed "Three Sisters" scenic roadways. The property is also approximately 30 minutes from Fiesta Texas, Hurricane Harbor, Sea World, Lost Maples nature area, Vanderpool State Park, and the shops and amenities of Kerrville and Boerne. We look forward to hosting you and your group for a week or weekend of fun and relaxation in the most beautiful part of our state.

Roulette Ranch is much more scenic than the pictures indicate. The kitchen is very well set up. They have a crock pot and air fryer as well as all the pots and pans required as well as enough bakeware. I had no problem cooking for my family and my son who has GERD and food allergies. The beds and linens are all quite comfortable. The host had plenty of local brochures that really helped us plan where to eat out and what to do. Our dog really enjoyed Taking her people for walkies in the neighborhood . Very nice fenced yard for the dog. We all enjoyed watching the goats caper about.

We've stayed in this house 2yrs in a row now, and would stay again next year, 7 adults very comfortably stayed, relaxing atmosphere, very clean and thought out, close to Bandera party Life, 1 mile out of city limit, perfect location

While the pictures of this listing look lovely, the real thing is better. We arrived for a family reunion weekend, over the Christmas holidays, and the home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The home had a well-furnished large kitchen, walk-in food pantry, walk-in butler’s pantry and large laundry room. Common areas provided lots of seating, both inside and outside. The bedrooms were huge, and had comfortable bedding and mattresses. The bathrooms had plenty of room and both had enclosed toilet areas. The closets also provided lots of room to stow luggage, gear and clothing, out of eyesight. The bunk room was perfect for the grandchildren, and provided a place for them to gather, as well as a retreat from the adults, but still in earshot. There was also a small office with lots of tourist destinations available for planning activities. The WiFi worked great, as did the 2 large TVs. The property boasts lots of wildlife, including grazing deer and neighboring goats. We enjoyed the goats in the mornings, as they provided lots of humorous head-butting and posturing. We appreciated the house managers’ communication regarding the home, local activities and nightlife. The first thing we received after booking, was an electronic booklet outlining local shopping, personal needs, all local emergency contacts, and some tourist destinations. Whenever we had questions, we had quick responses from very positive and friendly managers. We hope to come back for a return stay.

The house is perfect for family nice fully stocked kitchen large front room and perfect bedroom set up! The patio is nice with cute goats very entertaining. Have small dogs fence was excellent they loved it!! Very very clean was so nice thank you again.

We loved the country home with great space and room for whole family of 5 adults and one child.

We knew our stay would be comfortable as soon as we walked in the door! This house was extremely inviting from the warm colors of Fall to the light smelling wall scent to the music and welcome on the TV. They really thought through all the things a traveler needs from kitchen to bedrooms and everything in between. Everything just felt so cozy. We would love to come back in the future!
